Matching Needs:
During the financial year under review, the Company made huge investment in its capacity expansion at Anjar and added a new product segment to its existing product portfolio. Moreover, two new world renowned Private Equity players joined the Company as investors during the fiscal year. This instigated the need, on part of the Company, to provide a new dimension to the designing and structuring of its Annual Report to bestow an international image to the Company. Through our structured approach, our team at dickenson developed the 2004-05 Annual Report of the Company, making it a more compelling communication tool reaching out to its stakeholders.
Apart from the financial review and the overall annual performance of the Company, we were expected to highlight the Company's investment in its plant at Anjar. A detailed study of the home textile industry and the Company's plant was carried out by our team of researchers. An illustrative photo shoot of the plant, its project leader and its operation's team was also undertaken. In doing so, we were able to bring out the spirit and potential of the entire team as growth drivers for the Company.
An extensive photo shoot of the Company's top management was also carried out to divulge its administrators of the Company. To get an insight of the Company's strategy implementation; its focus and outlook, the top management were individually interviewed by our editorial team. A couple of telephonic interviews were also carried out to obtain inputs from the Project Managers and Operations Head of the Company's plants at Vapi and Anjar.
Having sourced all the required information, it was subjected to comprehensive analysis and several rounds of advancements with inputs from the client. The organised structure was further scrutinised to the level of attaining precision in the content and layout, leaving no scope for compromise in being accurate and succinct.
The entire design and layout of the annual report reflected a perfect balance of text and images while maintaining adequate white space. The use of metallic colour and apt design elements r unni ng throughout the report imparted it a very appealing look and feel.
The essence of the project was to bring out the commitment of the Company towards its ambitions, its management, its targets and its actions. The Company's commitment to its vision was brought out through six insightful separators, creatively crafted theme note and the carefully worded Chairman's letter. As ‘commitment' was the key message, we appropriately developed a theme, “Committed to the global home space”.
The Company believes that their biggest social responsibility lies in the well-being of their employees. Through this philosophy and their other social initiatives, we precisely brought out the Company's idea of corporate citizenship in the last (sixth) separator. |
